It's time to put it all together. Spread green frosting on cupcake, add green coconut on top of frosting. Choose your centerpiece, jelly beans, M&M's or whopper robin egg candies! Finish with a piece of red licorice stick cut to desired length or pipe cleaner for the handle. That's it your done! Now all you have to do is sit back and watch their faces light up.
