My Graduation Cupcakes

I made these graduation cupcakes using reese's mini peanut butter cups and a square of hershey's milk chocolate. For the tassel, I just used some of the white frosting in a pastry bag. The school mascot is a tiger, so I made tiger paws on a few mini cupcakes. Everybody loved my cute cupcakes!
